At Premium Appliances Southampton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your appliance is not the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

    Carefully repackage the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent transit damage.

    Schedule Collection

    Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized appliance courier to collect the item from your property or provide instructions for drop-off at our local warehouse.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    After our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
